Insanely cramped triple rooms!!! A huge mismatch between room size and bathroom space makes luggage storage a nightmare. The 6th-floor hallway carries a lingering odor from the adjacent restaurant, quite unpleasant!!!

great parks and dining just steps away from the hotel
I had a wonderful time exploring the nearby Edogawa City Comprehensive Recreation Park, just a few minutes' walk from my room, and I loved the convenient dining options right outside the hotel, which made my weekend strolls delightful and hassle-free. The cozy room provided everything I needed for a great stay, though I wish they offered more assistance with luggage upon arrival.

Family with children loved it
The staff were super friendly, like, they even paid back a day’s money when our flight was delayed. Totally unexpected and generous – it was a nice touch. Also, the amenities were impressive, I mean, we got a free cellphone with unlimited internet. Very useful for my trips.
Was a bit pricey, but I guess still reasonable for what we got.

Avoid if you care about cleanliness!
This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. There was hair in the bed from previous guests—totally gross! The location was tough to find the bus from Disney, and honestly, it wasn't worth the price. The dining area had decent options, but you’d want to skip this place if you value a clean room.
